Meet the team behind more than 2,500 lighting and audio projects across Denver Metro and Colorado's mountain communities.

Owner & Lead Designer
Jeremy Sanders founded Outdoor Ambiance in 2017 after nine years running a landscape design-build firm in Northern Colorado and managing the lighting division for a large firm in Denver. He saw a gap in Colorado's outdoor lighting industry, not enough professionals who understood both the technical and artistic sides, and built a company to fill it.
Jeremy holds a landscape design degree from Utah State University and certifications from three professional organizations: AOLP (Certified Outdoor Lighting Designer and Certified Low Voltage Lighting Technician), Unique Lighting Systems (CALLD), and the International Landscape Lighting Institute (ILLI Spring 2024 Intensive). That combination of landscape training and lighting credentials shapes every project.
Since 2017, Jeremy and his team have completed more than 2,500 projects across Denver Metro, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Castle Pines, Evergreen, and Colorado's mountain communities. He works with architects, builders, and homeowners who want lighting done right the first time.
Jeremy lives in Lone Tree with his wife, Britney, and their children. When he's not designing lighting systems, he's skiing, hiking, or enjoying Colorado's outdoors with his family.
His favorite quote, by Aaron Rose: "In the right light, at the right time, everything is extraordinary."

Crew Lead & Light Technician
Jacob Sanchez is a skilled Crew Lead and light technician at Outdoor Ambiance, where he’s been making his mark for the last year and a half. With expertise in general construction, carpentry, and audio/ low voltage systems, Jacob has a keen eye for detail, always prioritizing safety and quality on every project. He thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring each job is completed to perfection.
What fuels Jacob’s passion? The camaraderie of his team, the chance to connect with clients (and their awesome pets!), and the satisfaction of seeing a project come to life. He’s driven by the opportunity to grow in his role, take on new challenges, and eventually dive into project design.
When he’s not busy building or installing, Jacob enjoys skating, shooting hoops, jamming to music, and tinkering with cars. A true hands-on leader, Jacob is all about excellence, making him an invaluable part of the team at Outdoor Ambiance.
